William is a strategic management consultant and Founding Director of the Professional Services Unit at Mona School of Business & Management, UWI. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a business executive and industrial engineer at global companies {including} Goodyear and Sealy. William has published over a dozen scholarly articles on business restructuring including the cover story of the May 2011 edition of Industrial Engineer magazine. His book titled: Business Renewal and Performance in Jamaica is forthcoming from UWI Press. He has served as an adjunct professor at four universities and a reviewer for the US Academy of Management {AOM} and the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship {USASBE}. William sits on the Academic Review Committee of the e-Learning campus of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and is a Trustee of the Small Business Association of Jamaica.
