Alan Tilley is a founding principal of Bryan, Mansell and Tilley LLP. He has significant expertise in operational and financial turnaround and restructuring, managing the complex issues in preserving enterprise value in the zone of insolvency and identifying new sources of capital for viable businesses emerging from distress. He is a frequent speaker on cross border European restructuring an Consensual Creditors Compositions and has written several articles on the subjects. He is the 2008 recipient of the TMA Chairman's award for outstanding service to turnaround, and Insolvency & Rescue UK Turnaround Manager of the Year 2010. He is author of the Institute of Chartered Accountants best practice guideline on Turnarounds.
