Yoni Epstein, Chairman of the Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica, is tasked with the responsibility of collaborating with industry players and the Government to expand the outsourcing industry. He has over 12 years’ experience in contact center management handling over 20 business units in 5 different countries simultaneously. In 2012, Mr. Epstein established his own contact center in Montego Bay. Island Outsourcers provides inbound and outbound customer service, contact centre management, quality management and back-office solutions. Epstein was earlier this year recognised among the 50 most influential executives in Nearshore outsourcing in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Jamaican businessman was ranked 23 on the list compiled by Nearshore Americas.
