Michael is a frontline fighter in the war against cyber criminals and has been for the last twelve years. Starting out as a Firewall and Intrusion detection administrator he has worked in several areas of security including developing security policies and processes, IT Security Governance and IT audit.

He has worked as an IT security Engineer and IT security manager at LIME Jamaica, and IT security Engineer for LIME Caribbean and currently as the IT security Officer for LIME Caribbean. His current duties include security governance, security policy development and enforcement, and IT audit. In addition to this Michael is a board member at C&WJ Corporative Credit Union where he advises on IT Security, IT governance and IT audit.

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Information systems security professional.
