Mrs. Audrey Tugwell Henry

Mrs. Audrey Tugwell Henry joined the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) on June 2, 2008 and is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Retail Banking Division as the Senior General Manager. Her role involves the implementation of initiatives that will allow the business to achieve its targeted growth and profitability, as well as evaluate the market trends and consumer needs both locally and internationally in order to develop a wide array of banking solutions to meet the needs of customers.

A former Senior Vice President for Retail and Electronic Banking at the Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited, Mrs. Tugwell Henry possesses a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Her banking career started in January 1987 as a teller at the Mutual Security Bank in Montego Bay.

She is a trained teacher and completed teacher training at Church Teachers’ College in Mandeville, Manchester and taught English Language, English Literature and Physical Education at the Herbert Morrison Technical High School in Montego Bay. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a BSc. Degree in Management Studies and MBA in General Management from Mona School of Business.

Mrs. Tugwell Henry serves on the boards of NCB Remittance Services (U.K.) Ltd. (NCBRSJ), NCB Insurance Company Ltd. and J.E.T.S. Ltd.

She is married with two children.
