Discussion 1: Results-based leadership for shaping organizational culture.

This segment uses several scenarios to discuss how to motivate the totality of attitudes, beliefs, values, systems and structures towards successful strategy execution. Participants assess their own leadership profiles and use techniques such as role-play to discuss some common assumptions about critical issues such as trust, transparency and ethics.

This segment discusses the new realities of the financial services climate and establishes the context for subsequent discussions during the Caribbean Executive Leadership Programme. Participants identify opportunities and challenges for leadership action.
